What happens if my Auto Ship/Subscription item is unavailable or back-ordered?Updated 2 months ago
We will notify you of any Auto Ship/Subscription items unavailable on the day scheduled to be shipped. We continue to attempt to fulfill the order until the product becomes available, and we have shipped the item to you. If the item does not become available before the next scheduled shipment date, we will notify you via email that the shipment has been canceled. Future orders will not be affected, provided the Auto Ship/Subscription item becomes available, and will be delivered according to your selected schedule. If any Auto Ship/Subscription item is discontinued or no longer available for any reason, we will automatically cancel your Auto Ship/Subscription for that item and no additional orders associated with that Auto Ship/Subscription item will be placed.
