Yes — certain categories are not returnable: pharmacy items, books, computer software, bits, undergarments, food items, dewormers, flea & tick products, special orders (non-stock or large quantities), discontinued items, and other select products. Personalized items cannot be exchanged or returned unless the error was on our part.
